Hey all,
I have about 50 wav samples that all need the exact same edit.
The samples hit slightly behind the beat, and I'm looking to delete this empty space on all files at once (same edit).
I have wavelab 6 and there doesn't seem to be a way to batch this.. any suggestions?

I want a rack mountable parametric eq for my bass rig but there don't seem to be too many around. I know Behringer did one, but it doesn't get favorable reviews.

Which monitors will help to translate a mix better? Alot of music is listened to on a hifi system (here hifi meaning a system that mimics an equal loudness contour), so I am assuming if you mix on a hifi, then the actual recording comes out 'flat' in a way.

I'm to the point where I need to upgrade from Garageband using a used MBox with no Pro Tools---into something a tiny little bit higher end.

I need more XLR inputs for full band recording. At least 8. I'm definitely on a budget.
I'm not using Pro Tools, because it's just too expensive and limiting in the 4 input, 32 track max Digi LE setup.

Hey Ro'ers quick question, I am using PT, and I am wanting to experiment more with setting up vocal tracks, so I guess what I want to know is if I want to use compression on vocals during the recording process, would I insert the compressor directly onto the vocal track or use a send and setup a comprressor on an Aux In?
