i got a pair of NS10M Studio monitors and have to get a new amp ... what manufacturer/model would be the best bet?

I currently use "E-MU 1820M" as my preamp, and I am thinking
about getting the "ART Pro Channel" preamp and compressor.

Is there a real differance between the two preamps?
Is it a real "upgrade" or will I recieve the same results?

Hi everybody i'm new here. Excuse if my english is not perfect, i am from Spain.

I'm a Dj and i'm going start producing with Cubase SX / Reason (maybe Logic 5.5). I have a PIII 600 that is dying and i need a new PC. But sadly i don't have enough money nor room to get 2 pc's (one for DAW other for gaming, internet etc).

I want to make sure that I understand this correctly. .this might sound dumb.

ok...so i've done a search, i've scoured the edirol site and i can't figure out if i'd be able to get input guitar and a microphone through the edirol PCR-A30 audio interface...can anyone tell me?

Hi everyone, Ive done some monitor threads, Its been taking a while to know how much will I be able to spend and what to choose. My final choices are: Budget=$800/maybe. .just maybe$900

I just added another sound module to my setup(Korg NS5R). It has 15 different banks. I can get Cubase to get into the first 3, in the inspector, but beyond that I can't. The Cubase manuals have nothing on MSB/LSB banks. Or at least I haven't seen it.

I've tried to setup a Midi Device in the "Midi Device Manager", but I can't get it to work.

I'm looking at a Tascam DA 88, but what I'd want to do is get the audio onto my computer in order to sweeten it up. Don't know how to do that. I was wondering if anyone knew how to do that? I've been told that there's something that you can buy that allows it. True? Or, would I have to stick to running it through an amp and then into the computer via RCA?
