I am a Brazilian musician/singer/engineer. I use Pro Tools TDM v 5.1.1, with 2 ADAT bridges light piped to an 02R at 44.1k/24 bits most of the time.

I intend to authorize AMP FARM and Echo farm, as you know, both ask for floppy authorization.
I use a G4 800, with 512MB RAM, 140GB HD with a Mix system inside ( d24 + mix farm + DSP Farm II).

Everyone should take a look at RO's "new" Store.. Just click on the cap on the upper left corner of your screen! It's pretty rockin' over there with new items that have been recently added! All kinds of cool stuff, from bumper stickers and mouse pads to baby items and adult apparel. They even have plus sizes (yeaaa!).

and he read that this combination SUX with Maxi Studio ISIS..

Question for the masters. .Should i keep the dbx Quantum for the better clock/compression/eq/limiter or do you think it wiser to buy a UAD 1 card for the plugs for recording and mastering? Is the clock mucho importante or what? thanks mark

Ok, session is in two days.. will be doing live jazz with the following in one room: two drummers (both excellent drummers), sax .. the sax will both be "standard" into a mic format, and our favorite new trick: sax into a mic through a wah pedal into an amp (mic the amp). The standup bass will be in an isolated room.

What is excatly normalize?
what does it do?
