Stage Accompany M57 Studio Monitor.

Hello,

as a Stage Accompany and audio enthusiast I would like to know if you people ever heard about the SA M57 Studio Monitor.
A quick search at this forum gave no hit at all of the SA M57.

Some say the SA M57 is one of the best natural sounding (ribbon loaded) studio monitors ever build.
The M57 has also a big(ger) brother, the M59.

I'm pretty new to digital recording/mixing and I don't have a long track record recording/mixing with analog gear either (But I'm 61 and been an analog guy...guit player, live sound hack... since I was 11). I tracked a live band for recording/mixing practice a while back. Since then I've tried every thing I could to clean up the tracks using gating and EQ.

Hi-hat bleed (not samplers) is killing the drummer profession in the studio

Hi I work in a recording studio. Each time I record and mix a drum, I find myself spending more brain energy figuring out hout to make the drums sound as good as a sampler track without having too much hi-hat in the mix. This is sad.
