Mixer Behringer Wing 48 channel mixer.

It's a rookie question.
But what's the best possible solution to it.

Does the PC type matter too?

Usually doing a copy of the folders (documents etc) will back everything up but will it also back up any Matched amps/cabinets that I downloaded from the cloud? I have: balanced cable, Konnekt24D balanced in, phantom powered MXL770 and receive rare random clicks/cracks. When I record guitar, everything is fine.

I recorded 15min silence - nothing. It happens on voice.

What that can be?

I have an MXL 770 Mic that runs over a Roland XLR cable to a Roland Rubix 22 Audio Interface. Pretty much everything in my loop is brand new and Im getting this horrid background noise all the sudden.
No matter which mic I use I still get the same static.
Whether I have a mic plugged in or phantom power on or off I get the same static result.
