how to "neutralize" the hearing (in between a break of) a listening session
hi, one small question, my media-"mega-pro" skilled friends, do you know how to kinda "neutralize" the hearing (in between a break of) a listening session?
PICK YOUR FAVORITE SAMPLE
This is a poll
I want to know what audio samples you like the best between the first three and then between the second three. The first three samples are vocals (vox1,2,3) and the last three are acoustic guitar pickings (Gtr1,2,3).

Using active Hi-Fi speakers as Studio Monitors
Hey there!
First off, I'm new to this Forum, and I'm pretty excited about asking loads of questions that have been bugging me for a while .
Tascam 1641 noise issues
Just spent a couple of days recording a singer and piano (Schuman Song cycle).
Recording consisted of Decca tree with a stereo pair of cardioids for the middle to give a little more control over the amount of ambient sound and some spot mics on piano and over singer.
All sounds fine with a nice open sound using 1641 into Audition 3 at 24 bit 96k, but.

RIP Roger Nichols
Very sad to read that Roger Nichols has passed away. He was inventive both in the studio and in his commercial ventures, and was single-handedly responsible for the excellence of the Steely Dan recordings. The Wendel Sampling Computer was one of his creations from 1978 aimed at improving the regularity of drumming.

Whats the point?
Im new to this site, but spent the day at work reading through the forums (you can get a lot of reading done in 8+ hours at a computer), and a large portion of the posts, while telling you whats best for this or that or how to achieve this or fix that, seemingly have this undertone of why bother doing it yourself rather than pay a professional.

Anyone ever own a Roland SP-404?
Is it normal for the factory sounds to play all the way through? What I mean by that is that I'll press the "B" bank pad #1 and it starts playing this song part. I always remember that you could just press the pad a second time and then it would stop playing. Not the case right now.

This used to be Jeemie's Forum as a mod. Why did you fire him? Man you suck!
Firing Jeemy after all he has done for RO is so low... Don't you have any decency left?
What has he done? Resigning from the mod job? And you sack him for that? What a great move..another good man thrown out... Who is next? Who dares to show you some teeth, next? Who gets fired, next? When will nobody be left to answer the questions correctly?
Why did you fire Big K and Jeemy?
I am not trying to hide... I am getting in to tell people what you do, what you tell and what you are!
I have never encountered such a sad figure.
And I love being unprofessional and childish in this matter.
Kinda disappointing that you only spotted 3 aliases..lol..
