I am not sure did I post this thread at the right place, but I require some help.

I bought a MBOX mini 2, which comes with Pro Tool 7.3, 7.3.1 updater and a bunch of plugins.

With windos Xp, service pack 3, internet explorer 8, my Pro tool fails to install.

Well never think you've got it all under control until you've at least tried recording a choir with a full house and no practice run. One shot to erect a stand, line your mics up and get it right gives me a new respect for these mobile engineers around here.

I have a DAW computer with an M-Audio Delta 1010LT PCI card that I've been recording with.

I record acoustic guitar and vocals, with both doubled and panned hard left and right to get a full, warm sound.

The only way I can get perfect 0-latency recordings is if I do this:

ive recently compiled a CD of electronic dance style music, ive showed it to many people who i know are into the dance genres this music, NOT telling them it was my music and many of them got REALLY exited and wanted to know who it was, blah blah

my point is i have reason to believe its good music. its very label worthy.

I have bought an mxl studio 1 about a year ago. My results where not that good. i Had some noises in the background the actual recordings where great but they had a "shhhhhhhhhhh" in the background all the time. If someone can help me great!

Kinda new to the whole recording process but ran into difficulty straight away.
I've set up the device, installed the drivers and Cubase LE4 that came with it. To begin with, the audio recordings were fine, they were audible and clear.

I'm curious to hear what members think about paying for Pro Audio video tutorials and where they think this is all going?
