Hello, ive been using logic for quite some time now and recently got a Digidesign 002 RACK and much prefer to use it on Logic rather than Pro Tools (nothing against it tho). But i cannot seem to make Logic recognize the rack at all. i downloaded the driver (digi core audio manager) but it doesnt recognize the hardware.

I am a new poster and I think I put a thread in the wrong place concerning a first DAW I am looking at and trying to pick out. It is fairly well explained in the link and if you could look at it and throw out some thoughts or info, I would appreciate it. Thanks.

Hey. Im new in that forum. Im also total new to home recording. But recently i finally bought guitar I'm very happy with and i would like to start recording.
For now except my guitar i own Line6 SpiderIV guitar amp, Steinberg CI1 USB interface and a PC laptop. I also have Mixcraft5 software.

I have the opportunity to buy a used masterlink for $350.00. I have no idea what these things are going for now days, but I thought it would be a nice addition to my mobile rig, just to have a 2 track backup of a recording session.

Is this worth it? Is he asking too much?

Ok, is it me or is $299 a complete waste of money on a pair of these headphones.

Today i tried them at Best Buy, though they sounded great, they sound no better than my Audio-Technica $100 "Studio" headphones. I def would not req. these for mixing purposes (for those that also think Bose can be used for legit mixing)

Thinking that while I have read a boat load of opins on how to wire -route patchbays.
I've come to the conclusion that it is a very individual thing.
I have even read that one should wire a p-bay in that on panel facing you, the upper conns are the outputs of say outboard gear and the bottoms are inputs to same.
