Recently found a used (hopefully that's not the issue) RE20.

Got my hands on a WS-90DJ mixer from the dark corners of our church's storage spaces.

So after months of using the now outdated firepod (because now it's all fp10) i bought an fp10 in hopes of setting it up with the firepod to record 16 tracks at once but now when i go to pick which device i want to record with it can be either the firepod or the fp10 and i am wondering if there is a way where it just makes itself into one device or would i have to switch from the firepod to fp1

So, I've had it with my resource-sucking Profire 26x26. My computer worked just fine with my E-MU system, but I needed more inputs. The Firestudio also hates my computer so I'm moving away from firewire altogether.

Okay, let me explain - I'm helping my friend who is an amazing singer produce songs that me and her have written. One of them is intended to be an upbeat pop/rock song and I basically wrote it so that there is an occasional heavy amped pop guitar and then theres a more softer lighter one thats playing like eight notes throughout much of the song.
