Affordable yet high quality headphone amp and earpiece combo

Hey everybody, I was wondering what would be a good start for a 4 channel headphone amp for me to use while laying out a Guitars / Drum track both individually but in the same performance and what would be some affordable headphones to use along with it?

Thanks,
Jonathan Soliman

any other interfaces go with pro tools?

hey guys. i'm new here, and fairly new to recording. i've been doing it for a few years, with a few different systems and equipment and what not. and now its time once again for an upgrade. heres what i want, tell me if this is possible. i'm looking to get pro tools le. i can't afford the 003, though just because i'm looking to get speakers, interface, headphones, etc. the works.

What is on all those tracks?

I see lots of people using 40-50 or even more tracks on projects, and I cant figure out what in the world they are all for. I dont think Ive ever used more than about 20 tracks for a song, and usually its less than that. Can someone shed some light on this? Even better would be some example tracksheets that show whats going on with all those tracks.

Thanks!

Speaker / Amp matchup question

Hey guys, maybe you can help. I've bought a crown XTI4000. I want to buy 2 main cabinets for it. The amp gives me 1200W/chan at 4 ohms. I'm looking at getting the Yamaha S215V's, which are 1000W at continuous, and 2000w peak. Question I have, as I'm very newe to this, am I gonna be distorting too much because of a lack of headroom? Or do you guys think I'll be okay?
