Hello here I recorded some small brush work on my drummer's snare. It's just signal without any effects or EQ. This room is quiet ''sterile'' so there shouldn't be big need for acoustic treatment

I am not sure understand how to set up the inputs and outputs from the E-mu 1820m in to reaper.This is the problem.I just updated to the latest version of patchmix.I do not have any sessions saved in patchmix as of yet.So I can not go back to the old session in patchmix to were my setting were working for me with Reaper great.

ok so i am recording my first big project on a local hardcore band that just got signed which i gonna be mastered by paul minor, we tracked all the drums and guitars and everything sounded great but for some reason when both guitars and all the drums play at once it sounds like a helicopter propeller is in the mix, now when i turn the bass drum down it kinda of goes away can anyone help me here

hey guys. I have a problem the recent song we're working on. I don't know where to put the instruments. I have the following tracks, all in mono:

kick
snare
drum overheads (only had access to one cardioid mic)
lead guitar
bass guitar
vocals
synth pad

The prices are spectacularly different, but what about the quality. I'm sure the Lynx is great, but I've only heard one comment about the Echo which was very complimentary.
Anyone out who has used both?
