There is a delay when i record
I use Cakewalk music creator 2003. When i try to record something, i can hear it through my computer speakers but it is delayed. When i try to record another track, it isn't on time because of the delay. I tried changing the latancy on the options audio, but when i record, it stops recording after about three seconds or so. It says drop out. If anyone can help me please do.

Tips using delay to add depth
Hi,
I want to use some delay effects to add more depth to my mixes.
Does anyone have some tips ?
Maybe it's good to pan for example a guitar track a little bit to the left and add a delay and give the delay more volume on the right side ?
Thank you in advance.

Sync'n digital delays
What's mostly used when one tries to sync a delay signal to match the tempo of the song? Is it some form of calculation or midi?

Lexicon 93 Prime Time Delay
Hi, all!
Anyone have a copy of this manual? Or know where I can get one? Also, if anyone would be willing to share their favorite settings, along with the function it performs that would be great :tu: . I just got one of these fixed up and would like to start using it.
Muchos gracias.

Need Delay Plug in
I need a good dir-x delay plug that will allow setting seperate delay times for left and right channels.
Any suggestions?
Free would be nice, but not absolutely necessary.
I don't really need a huge plugin bundle.

Tempo Dependant Delays ?
K, I know there's the whole trail and error method(which sucks). I also know there is a formula for tempo dependant delays. I've used it once before, but someone else just rambled me the formula, I punched it in and didn't really have all that much time to take note of it.

.gig file in Halion (still) has echo/delay
I'm still trying to figure this one out. Only the giga files do this. SF2, wave, akai...all OK. But the giga versions of anything I've grabbed online (NSKIT and other freebees) all play and then echo into infinity.
anyone have a fix/thought?

Group delay x phase shift x phase rotation
Would someone on here clarify these items on an academic syntax?
Many people mix these two terms.
Oka, a sinusoidal voltage wave source connected to a load which is Z= R +/- jX will provide a sinusoidal curent wave delayed by a certain degree amount dependent of the reactive ( passive) element on the specified load.
