Hi, We have a ghost and have until now used a cheap Zoom 1201 effects unit. Now we bought a Lexicon MPX550 and want to use both. I read through the manual and need your advice on the best way to connect them.

Does one exist?
I'm thinking something like you sing through it and it gets the effect of more voices in a gregorian chant style.
Is it even possible?

Hey, I have been mixing hip hop vocals for a couple years now and there is a certain effect that I am trying to recreate. Its kinda hard to explain but a lot of the mainstream rap has it. It sounds almost like the lead vocal is over processed, it sounds like there is some sort of light grain distortion applied to it.

i want a stereo effects processor to use for multi-effects (not including reverb which i want to use a Lexicon pcm91.) the three brands i assume are best are TC Electronic (g-force?), eventide (eclipse), and Yamaha (spx-90).

any recommendations would be appreciated.

hey i have Cubase 4, i have a firepod and using plugins on more than like 4 or five tracks cause the asio time bar or the the vst performance bar to max out and and then theirs really poor performance. I'm pretty sure my computer can handle it. i have windows xp, amd 3200 so idk can anyone help me out please?

I use Behringer UB1204 mixer.
I cannot figure out how to get reverb in monitor.
I tried both: connected effect to aux 1 and took signal for monitor from
aux 2 and vice versa. No effect in monitor.
What is the trick? If possible detailed instruction for this mixer.
I use Yamaha stereo effect.

I have finally bitten the bullet and ordered a Mac Pro with Logic and a Alesis Firewire mixer/interface (multimix 16).

I am new to DAW recording having previously been using all in one multirack recorders for the past few years. Over this time I have gathered some rack gear (effcts and reverbs) that I would still like to use if at all possible.
