Hello all, I would like to know if anyone is using wireless headphones for sendback/loopback monitoring in a studio environment? I'm very skeptical myself, simply because of the possibillity of interference, and possible issues with added signal-delay from the receiver.

What's a good "tried and true" studio grade headphone amp? I need 4 X 1/4" headphone outputs, I guess preferably with balanced input. Thanks. :D

I've read some good things about the Sennheiser HD280 phones here. I decided to buy a few and wanted to share this price with everyone...$69.35 a pair. The shipping is a little high($15 for one pair, $24 for two), but still a better total price than I've seen anywhere.

What would you guys recommend for a pair of studio headphones that are actually worth buying, for under $100? Also, can good studio headphones be used for accurate mixing (to serve as monitors for someone who might not have have the $ for real monitors at the moment)?

Wondering what the big studios and engineers use for musicians headphone mix when tracking a whole band?

Do they run for instance, 8 bus lines out of main mixer and then to an individual mixer for each musician? Or do all the musicians get the same mix/different level?

I have been considering buying 4 or so cheap mixers for this.
