What are the best headphone monitors? I'm thinking about the AKG K271. (It was a TEC winner)

Im using the onyx 1640. .i just brought a samson stereo headphone amp. i ran the headphone out in the 1640 to the headphone amp and i can only hear audio in one ear...i believe this has something to do with the stereo output.how can i fix this. .oh this is obviously a newbie question. thanks in advance

I've got a pre out and pwr in on my fender amp. Sending the signal from the preamp to the headphones or computer is not a problem, but I'm not sure how to temporarily shut off the amp's speaker.

I'm looking for a headphone amp. I'd like to buy a kit I could build myself or at least find one with 4-6 outputs.

I dont need anything too fancy.

my singer rekons his headphones don't reproduce pitch correctly, he thinks they sound sharp... is this possible? (prob not!) he blames them for some out of tune vocal performances

I'm in the midst of building a small setup for recording. In my spending of cash flow, I have very little left in my budget for anything else. Right now I have a pair of $25 Sony headphones I bought at Walmart.

Does anyone have recommendations for headphones under $50?
I could possibly spend up to $100, but would prefer to be under $50.

anyone here using the oz audio HM6 (or similar) headphone amp with a DAW and no hardware mixer? I have 8 outs (RMEadi8) and have played a few scenarios in my head of how to get it all going, few ways it can be done, was wondering what others have done.
I guess this question relates mainly to routing signals within the software mixer.
