Humidity (Hygrometer Reading) for Condenser Microphone (in cabinet)
Hi,
I stored my condenser microphones in a cabinet with some silica gel packs. What's the Humidity/Hygrometer Reading supposed? 40-50?

Microphone not picking up audio/powering on AT2035 & Focusrite Scarlette Solo
I just recently purchased some things on ebay, I got an Audio-Technica at2035 and a Focusrite scarlette solo. I plugged them into my computer, installed all neccesary drivers and the scarlett powers on fine and is fully recognized no problem.
Microphone Identification Help?
I received these microphones with some other equipment I purchased and they all seem to have a ring where model information once was present and was wondering if there might be someone out there who could identify the Manufacturer/Model?

Help with Microphone Recording Issue

Newbie here.
I have just set up my new Microphone + Phantom Power unit and tried to record some audio. (Just talking.)
However, whenever i speak too loud (Loud, but at a level i want.) my PC makes this noise:*

microphone to record a violin?
Ok so I play a lot and would love to record. Recording is also great for practice. However there are SO many different types of microphones from large diaphragm condensers to tube mics to ribbon mics and it gets overwhelming. I am looking for something that will sound closest to whatever Perlman uses. I have a fairly small room to record in that I could load with acoustic foam if it helps.
