How to use MOTU Traveler & Ultralite together?

I have one MOTU Traveler, two Ultralite, one 8pre and one 828 mk2 for a project.. i need to run two computers with 16 I/O each
i plan to use the traveler and 828 as master audio interfaces on each machine. i can't seem to figure out how i can slave the Ultralite as an 'expander' interface to get 8 more analog i/o.
the 8pre doesn't help because it has only two analog outs.

Using Roland R8 MKII with MOTU Midi Time Piece AV USB

am trying to utilize my Roland R8 MKII Human Rhythm Composer with my DAW and I have the MIDI out of it connected to my MOTU MIDI Timepiece AV USB. I am getting a constant fluttering red led whenever I have it inserted into the MTP. I tried moving it to various ports but still, the same problem.

TC Konnekt 24D or MOTU 8Pre

Hi everybody!

I'm new to Recording.org and i'd like your opinion on the audio interface dilemma. My new iMac is on the way and i'm thinking of buying one of these two interfaces. I record mostly acoustic instruments so the MOTU is a good choice but the built-in DSP effects that TC offers are really tempting. What would you do?

Cheers.
