Does anybody know what operating system this device uses? It's only drawback is that it's harddrive is too small (20 GB). I want to install a larger one. Yeah I know, I don't care about the manufacturer's warranty being voided.

I am guessing the Masterlink is using the same or a similar OS as the HDR24...With the HDR24 drives larger than 20GB are not useable...at the moment. ALESIS says larger drives will be available in the future. Until then you will just have to transfer you files in and out via CDR.....Fats
