Hello Folks,
I've been hired to master a CD at a studio other than my own. It's a Mackie digital 8 bus set-up, which I have worked with, but I'm not familiar with the mastering plug they're utilizing. It's called "Final Mix" and is created by Acuma Labs. Has anyone had experience with this software? If so, I would love to get some pointers concerning its operation, intricacies, bugs, etc. I need to build a bit of a knowledge base before I actually start the mastering session. Anyone, anyone?

Not a good idea, huh? Can you tell me why? I may be stuck using this because the studio doesn't have a large inventory of plugs. So whether I want to, or not, I think it's going to be a requirement. Can you tell me anything at all about the plug? I've searched and searched for information, but all I can find is sales info, which is not really helpful.
