Hi. Is anyone using this? Is the latency workable for overdubs? I would be using it with a MacBook and Logic Pro 7 (along with the Mini-DAC). I want a High Quality portable setup capable of making field recordings and to be able to bypass the preamp/converters on a studio that I work which has a Yamaha OV1. Thanks

I haven't seen the firewire version, I did help a client set up
I haven't seen the firewire version, I did help a client set up one via optical SPDIF.
Easy to do now that all newer Macs have SPDIF built-in.
Performance seemed pretty good, he was a keyboard guy so I didn't play into the system.
I have yet to experience high latency that stopped a guitar performance on all the mac I've owned.
I do know that some people use different buffer settings for recording and mixing.
