Hi,
I will soon be picking up a pair of powered monitors (KRK RP8) and was wondering exactly how to hook my Gina 24 breakout box to these monitors. I'm thinking I need TRS cables from outputs 1and 2 to each monitor. Is this correct? Will I have adequate volume levels with just the outputs of the gina and the 140 watt amps in the monitors? Will I need another amplifier or mixer?
Also wanted to know what anyones thoughts were on these monitors.

I assume the Gina has balanced outs (probably TRS...but possibly XLR)...so...just run the Gina outs 1 and 2 to the left and right KRK balanced ins (probably XLR...but possibly TRS)...
Once you've got cables with the right connectors at either end you just hook em up...no pre-amplification of the output from the Gina would be necessary.
Those KRKs should make some very nice studio monitors.
