That is a Coral Electric Sitar that the great Steve Howe is playing in that spot, watched him play it in concert at least half a dozen times. It is a solid-body electric guitar that had a special bridge that would "buzz" the strings to sound like a sitar. It was usually played through a Fender Dual Showman Reverb amp.
