I finally picked up GT the brick last night!

I'm only using it on DI guitar and bass for now. the only preamp I have to compare it to is a PreSonus Tubepre and I must say WOW! everything sounds much fuller and warmer. it felt nice to finally switch my 1212M's input from -10 to +4.

If you have a Line 6 POD.....run it into the Brick. I heard the emulation artifacts for the first time....I don't think I'll use the POD again for anything other than scratch tracks!

I love the Brick....it's not the best thing on the market, but really kick ass for the price!

it sounds pretty good but I did notice that the Microcab makes everything sound a little bit harsh. its the best I can do for now. I eventually want to buy a Orange amp and a silent cabinet.

I love Orange amps. I finally recorded one and it rocks!
