I switched the two XLR inputs on my 1010LT to line levels and have them connected to a sub mixer for my drum toms and overhead mikes. The snare and bass are connected to two of the regular RCA analog inputs through a separate mixer. Now when I record I'm experiencing latency between the snare & bass inputs and the sub mixer inputs. I'm using the internal crystal in the card for the clock source and I'm using Cubase VST on Win2k Pro but don't believe that Cubase is the problem. I may be wrong. Does anyone have any ideas? Appreciate the input.
