Hello,

This is not a FOR SALE post or spam,

Just trying to figure out how my items should be priced (craigslist). I haven't been able to find much comparison on the net (or ebay).

KRK v8's series 1 mint (with boxes and original paperwork).

Yamaha NS10m mint (with extra tweeter and 2 extra woofers- dented dust covers but sonically accurate).

2 Avalon u5 DI's: racked (RM2 kit)

RME /Steinberg TDIF ADAT 48k converters (8 i/o)

Just looking for advice on what to charge- trying to get some dynaudios and ISA428 :)

Try to sell em all on E-bay. There are people on there that will give you almost every dollar you paid for the U5.
Also, if I were to sell 2, U5's. I would list them seperate. And sell one at a time if you are not sure you are gonna get what you want for them. $$$
Most used Avalon U5's go for just under "new" price.
That's why I bought mine new. The ones selling on E-bay were just as much $$$.
I can not see you having any problems getting good money for the Yamaha near fields. Look on E-bay now to see what the others are selling for.
Sometimes you just gotta stay on e-bay for days at a time to catch a sale, that is like yours. But those are usally the ones that sell for more money.

hi...yeah they have the yellow kevlar woofers...they are nice monitors but I'm going to be moving to NY, London and then back again within the next 1.5 years, so wanna get my setup as MINIMAL as possible (think I can do with one set of monitors but they better be top notch). I actually really like the v8's when they have another source to be checked against (ns10's), but if I can only have one pair of monitors I'd like to have the dyn' bm6a's.

itsthatguyagain, thanks for your advice...it's funny but all the ns10 auctions on ebay are always days away when I seem to catch them, so I can never gauge how much they are actually going for...there also is not one pair of used v8's on ebay either...

prepal, very nice.
That should be a good way to find out.
Also when you list an item for sale on E-bay, rather I should say, as you are listing your ad for sale on E-bay, there is a tab to click on to find out what others have sold their e-bay items for.
Just click on the tab, and pick the Avalon U5 for instance.
It will give you the least price that one has sold for $$
It will give you the most one has ever sold for $$$$$
And most importantly it will give you, the amount that it usally sells for.
Good luck
