Web Licensing for open source broadcast project
Hey ladies and gents! I was going through the forum and trying to take in what I can, this will definitely be a good resource for me going forward. I'm in the beginning stages of my open source broadcasting project. To sum it up, I have always wanted to do radio, but was discouraged by the limited choices in stations when I grew up.

I originally posted this on reddit and in the comments a user recommended that I post this song at this site in this particular thread. Here was his feedback on this mix:
Life / Music in Scotland
It's been great so far here. I haven't set the studio up yet at all. Just as well!. We finally have bought a house and will move in end of October. Then I can setup.

recording from audiobox vsl
Hi, I have to record something live and I want to record my mix coming directly from my audiobox software. I have 2 tracks (voice and guitar) and have set all my fx, fat channel and everything and I'm happy with what I hear. I work with studio one of course. Is there's a way to record in a track in studio one what I hear in the audio box directly? Thanks

Wondering if anyone has had any experience with the Shure KSM42 ?
I believe they are a side address cardioid condenser with a dual capsule (one active and one passive).

Need vocal mic advice for tenor (progressive rock)
Hello all. I'm new here and would appreciate any professional advice.
I'm a Tenor vocalist most recently with the progressive rock group, Stride. I've got an individual who has decided to fund some equipment for a new album I'm working on, and considering I'm going to need a couple of good preamps, and AD/DA, it's got my budget a little tight.
