Replacement Adaptec Drivers?
I remember reading that there were replacement drivers for the Adaptec ATA/100 RAID 1200A controller somewhere that worked better than the Adaptec drivers...anybody remember where I saw that post?

Nearfields in the corner (yuk!)
Because of the layout and size of my control room, I have to keep my NFMs pretty close to the corners. I know this exagerates the bass response. My questions are:
1. How much?
2. Starting at what frequency?

Hi,
I wonder if anyone ever checked any ofg the Kronauer AD/DA Converters. 16 channels 24/48 of them sell for about 1000$ which is prttey darn cheap, but how do they sound?
Thanks for your input,

dual boot win98
hi, i would like to configurate a system with dual windows 98. I understand i have to put each system on a separate physical drive which is no problem as I have two drives. how can I do this?
I'd like to be able to choose system when I start the computer and if that's what it'll take I'll use a boot disk.
thanks,
/henrik

How to split a signal at a frequency...
Hello,
I've been reading some tips here on splitting for example the bass or guitar at a specific frequency and panning/processing the two signals different.
Im using Digital performer, can anyone tell me which plugin lets me do this in there?
Thanks
/Peter

Feedback Loop While Monitoring?
Hi -
Can anyone help me?
I am new to recording and I have a question.
I use Cake 9.0, I have a Card D+ and a Soundcraft (Spirit Folio- Rac
Pac) mixer. Every time I try to listen to tracks while recording a new
part I get an out of phase typoe of sound through my monitors.

Rocket Network - who's checked it out?
Just checked out Rocket Network today - blew me away how well it works with Cubase, Logic and Pro-tools (5.2 for TDM).
Wondering if anyone else has used it as a collaborative tool?
url is http://www.rocketnetwork.com (or the PT one is www.digipronet.com)
