RODE NT2 Fault

Hello, our well-used RODE NT2 condenser mic has developed a problem.

When Micing at low-levels it's fine in every way.
But when we use it for vocals or high-pressure stuff it only works for a couple of minutes. Then the audio fades over a few seconds to be replaced with a fading-in loud hiss. If we allow it to sit without any audio for a few seconds it recovers again.

Crackles/Pops/Metallic Static in Mic

I've noticed lately that my Shure condensor mic is crackling, popping, and offering up a metallic static as the result of sharper vocals, IE words that begin with the letter F. Sorry, I can't remember the model I have, something like SCM 1000 or 2000, it was $299.99 about 3 years ago. Any suggestions on how to mitigate this would be great.

Help with mic bleed

ok before I even mention my problem let me start by saying I have tweaked knobs until my fingers bleed, read everything I can find on the net, and pulled out my last remaing hair! I am recording and live reinforcement engineer for a group who plays one room only. the problem I have exists in recording and live app. the drummers vocal pics up more drums than vocal.
