situation guest mic in sancuary + sound room mic wanted on same channel dont care about seprate vols for ether just want to keep both connected one mic has a on/off other does not

soundroom mic is used to talk to sanc. from the room and also for small recordings for intros/outros

It is obvious that the most common application for shotgun mics is video, but does anyone use them for recording anything in the studio of a musical nature?

I listened to some jack johnson music and he sings so low and soft yet you can hear his vocals so cleanly and they sound so bright

when i try to sing like he does in an average sized room with carpet floor my vocals sound dull and muddy

with signal noise ratio 76 db
