plug in to simulate leakage... is there anyone?
i really think that leakage is very important on the overall sound of the mix... i've recorded some vocals and i think they feel a bit unatural because there's no leakage! anyone know a plugin that simulates leakage or a technique?

Best earphones?
Ive been using a pair of AKG -K240 55 ohms, for play back and for final mix downfrom working with the set of cans---I adjusted and and learned how to use the set-----so with that said,I decided to purchase a second set to try to make it easier to mix "at times".

I've given up!... on Pro Tools
So I gave Pro Tools a fighting chance. I bought myself a Digidesign 002 rack about a month ago. At the same time, I've built myself an awesome PC to run this one program. Everytime something went wrong I called Digidesign's "customer service," and all I ever got was "this piece of hardware isn't supported by digidesign.

buss compression
ok, I make hip hop music, and i wanna squeeze all my vocals together alittle bit on a bus in Sonar 3.
what's a good theshold/ratio or level of compression for this. I dont want them to get to squashed, but get tighter together.
thanks

tissues over MSP5's
i thought maybe some fellow MSP5 owners might like to try this trick to "tone down" the highs. just take tissue (preferably something thicker than tissue - like paper towel) and tape it over tweeter. that's it. i think the same thing was done before on the NS-10's.
