Is there any other power supply that you can get that will work for an Alesis HR 16 drum machine...HELP!

I'm seriously looking into getting the vmp-2000. I currently live in Ireland. But could be moving to the US in 2 years time and I'm wondering how difficult it is to change the transformer?

Whats the best and cheapest way to order one for me here in Ireland :)

I would like to record a speaker that has a 25v audio transformer attached to it local to the speaker. Removing the x-former is not possible, for they are paging speakers driven by a paging amp. Can I attach the secondary of another 25v transformer on the other end of the wire, thus the primary of the second transformer would then be a hi-Z input?

I'm looking for recommendations on a uninterruptible power supply
for my studio. Also,should a UPS be plugged into the power conditioner or should it be the other way around?

Does anyone know if SSL has ever produced a PDF version of the manual and signal flow diagram?

I know they actually make it for the newer programs..but you know if they have doen the same thing for older consoles?

Recently, my boss discovered an Orban/Parasound 621b Parametric EQ in storage that slipped through the cracks in bookeeping (we didn't know we had it, and there was no record that we did other than the unit itself).

We'd like to check it out and see how it sounds, except we can't locate a power supply anywhere.

Hi guys, just got the new Dell. It's only so far come out of the box to get sound card and software installed at the music store.

Anyway, before I go plugging it into my wall, is it important to get a good power bar, or some such device that helps control power spikes, or is it all a moot point as the machine converts it into 24V DC anyway?

Anybody know a place where I could get information about building my own gear. Perhaps even designing?

Is it difficult/risky to dismantle a U87? I don't want to do any damage, but I need to take a look at the innards. The outside is fairly bashed up, so I want to take a quick look to see what condition the insides are in.
