Hi. I love how the compressor on the Avalon 737SP sounds for vocals (among other things). I am working in a new studio (for me) and I have available: 1176 LN, LA-4, dbx 165A (which I hate), 160XT (love this for bass), VP Dyna.mite, Aphex Compellor. Which of these would you say is more like the one on the Avalon? The 1176 LN or the LA-4? Thanks

Hey! I am looking to purchase a PA system for house parties, bands, etc., but I am not quite sure where to start. The room I will be using the system in is roughly 10ft by 25ft with an 8ft ceiling, but I would like to have a bit of flexibility so the system would be sufficient in a slightly larger room if necessary.

I have my ultragain pro-8 out into my 002 rack to record drums . its cracking though randomly and really not recordable till these cracks are gone..

Advice how can i fix this
