One Piece of Gear that ROCKS your world.

Digital, analog, or a combination of both, what one piece of gear do you rely on for every session?

Try not to answer "My Ears" since we all know you aint doin this without em. .

If you're interested in elaborating on this particular piece, give some insight as to the reasons for its importance even if by its nature its obvious.

Wireless Guitar Units

Just curious, what units do you use/recommend? And do guys know if there is anything else like the guitarbug, but higher quality? (I Have a feeling i am going to end up having to use a clip on belt transmitter or something, but still would prefer something that just goes right where the guitar input jack is)

Thanks! I wanna move on to wireless =D

Editing out RF

I'm presented with the task of editing out RF from all the drum tracks on 3 songs. What is the best way to do this?

I am able to gate with good results but not for the cymbals. I would rather not use gates if I don't need to.
I am able to eq it out but it's not without big sacrifice also.

Is there a tool or technique that would help me?

Thanks for the help.

Cheap way to pc record multitrack?

Hi!

I have a simple question: I already have an M-Audio Fast Track Pro, and it has (as you may already know) S/PDIF in/outs. Would it be a good idea or not if I want to record like live drums, dj set, mics etc to get a Behringer ADA8000, and as it has optical in/outs I would have to get an M-Audio cO2 optical/coax converter...Would that make sense?
