I've been researching many front end options. I've read about them individually, but haven't seen them discussed together, compared/contrasted. I really only need 2 channels. I'm not opposed to more, but I imagine a 2 channel setup will yield better quality per channel.. My needs are pretty basic. I'll be mixing in the box.

hey just bought a 01v...Im using the 9652, recording to pc, and using ADAT as backup...anybody have experience with this mixer?

Just wondering if anyone out there has had any experience running two 0404's in the same computer. I know there are a few mystery connectors on all of the new EMU cards X-In/Out I think. I wonder if these are for syncing two cards? Has EMU released any info regarding this. Any help/info would be well appreciated.

anyone have to buy new hi-hats, or any cymbal for that matter, because of the 'ring' and decay time. a big problem of mine is my hats are sounding 'trashy' and 'ringy' but i think the other cymbals sound pretty good...so i decided to investigating on the hats I'm using...i hear the hats I'm using (sabian 13' AAX stage hats) are meant to be, well for Stage performance, as the name suggests.

I just picked up a 1964 Fender Tremolux - all stock (RCA tubes, original oxford speakers, etc.) I have a couple of questions.

1) I'd like to change out the power cord to something that is grounded. Is this a big no-no for the amp's value? If not, any advice for the best way to ground it?
