To all you acoustic recordists. I mostly do rock/pop etc but I have a classical acoustic gig coming up. ( I've done several of these in he past but I'm always trying to get better). I was wondering if you could help me spread this gear around. So out of this list of gear what would you use where? The sessions will be

I just bought an old M-3 (1960) and I eventually want to hook up a Leslie tone cabinent. I don't see anywhere to do that. Is this a modification that needs to be done? I'm not even sure if this is the right place to post this. Thanks for any thoughts.

I am trying to route a dry acoustic out of my PC running SAW (SAW is set up correctly) to an Maudio 410 Firewired to my PC, then SPDIF out from the 410 to the IN SPDIF on the M3000.

i get the signal TO the 3000 ok but i cannot route it back OUT SPDIF to the 410 and back into SAW?

How do would I complete this setup?

I've got a Millennia STT1 and have been trying the Avalon 737 as a second preamp. I only record vocals and acoustic guitars (mics: Brauner Valvet and Neumann TLM 103). But the 737 gets bashed quite a bit in most forums. Next to the Millennia it pales a bit on all fronts (preamp, eq, certainly comp) and it also does not provide sufficient variation I think.

Hello everyone just signed up so forgive me if its already been talked about!

Basically my hifi died, ive been using my hifi and rubbish speakers for monitoring and home djing, so need a replacement. (therefore it follows I am used to very poor recording conditions)
