Okay, how about some input from people who have used the A&H GS3000, or perhaps you have heard "stuff" about that console.

:( You spend about 40,000 € for a pro tools HD2 DAW with AV Option for professional Post-production, and with Windows XP version of the software you CAN'T IMPORT AUDIO CD Tracks into a session.(Mac version only!)
We must use XP version because we have a big post farm with 8 AVID Mediacomposer and Adrenaline systems and 2 Pro Tools as before attached to an AVID Unity.

I'm attempting to set up a recording system for my church. We will be doing Christian type music as well as choir recording. Anything from 2-16 tracks. I've got my PC and I've been looking at recording interfaces such as the Aardvark Q10 (until I found out they folded) but I'm really interested in using a mixer instead of a box of preamps that feed into the PC and then mixing in there.

I'm currently thinking of buying a pair of these speakers

They are in good condition,
my question: could you give me an advice or let me know if there is something i should know about them
they would be my first studio speakers, i think i will get another pair to check my mixes, i mainly doing electronic,dance music

I am fairly new to this and need some help in setting up my 02r.

I have a 02r with 3 TDIF cards connected to a DA88 with SY88, another DA88 and a DA38.

I have a WORD CLOCK cable going from the Master DA88 to the 02r. The Master DA88 also has a RC-848 connected to it, and the terminator is connected to the DA88.

Does anyone here use a water cooling system for their DAW? I have seen a lot of people writing about getting quieter fans, but it seems that if you really want a quiet system, you should spend more cash and get a nice water cooling system.
