Hi! My subject pretty much sums it up. I've been using AT 4041's for this application but thought I'd like to try a LD condenser and since I already own 1 4033 I was thinking about picking up another and trying them instead. Any of you folks using/have used 4033's in this manner? If so how do you like them as drum OH mics? Thanks very much in advance!

Whenever I try to uninstall a program, it say's it can't find INSTALL.LOG. However if I move install.log to another directory then the install starts and asks me where install.log is and I browse to it. Any ideas? My quess is that more some reason install isn't finishing.. Like a service that is required by installer isn't running. Run Once? I don't know..

Looking for advice for anyone who's worked a lot with either or ever directly compared them? I'm about to purchase a set of nearfields as I'm giving my HR824's back to work, wondering whether the HD-1's are worth twice the price of the BM15A . I know the Mackie's are generally well regarded, but having used the HR824's for several years now, I'm just not a big fan of their sound.

Should this be disabled for audio discs?

I know it is possible that data could be lost, but is the performance gain worth it?

Also, I know you don't want this on a system disc but if you have another audio disk is it ok to turn this on?
