Laptop Booting Problem
Forums
Hey Guys, having a booting issue at the moment. Not sure if you guys can help but any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
I have a HP Laptop running XP that I use as my DAW. I also have an extra HDD with Vista Business loaded. I swap the HDDs when I want to use my laptop as a normal pc (surf the net, etc).

Favorite guitar amps
Forums
The title pretty much explains the purpose of this thread. Finding a guitar head and speaker combo that really works well for a particular purpose can be tough. Some of us may have found what we think is the perfect combination, while others accept the shortcomings of a certain head thinking that the warts are something that are just unavoidable.

Damnbourines.

I need a tambourine. But there are so many kinds. And they apparently don't all sound the same, surprise.

Speakers
Forums
Hello! I'm currently using an old 15" speaker w/ 2 2" horns (monitor) as a cab for my guitar head (In my small office). I want to make a speaker isolation box but am wondering if I should ditch the monitor set up and buy a 12" instead. Any tone wizards out there?

Good, inexpensive tape deck for
Forums
Well, the 'Simul-Sync' feature on my Teac A-2340 isn't working anymore. It was a good deck for home recording, but I think I'm ready to graduate to a nicer 4-track, as it's now just the same as any other 4 track ( only 1239403429 pounds heavier )

Stylophone
Forums
I propose an inevitably brief discussion about Stylophones.
In my limited experience with the newer models, the line out is incredibly noisy, the thing is a pain to play, requires proper tuning and the speaker adds additional noise to the output if you put your hand over it.
