I was just wondering what anybody thougt of the KRK PR-8s, I'm thinking of buying a pair for $500, they also come with SENNHEISER HD280 headphones, I was wondering how good those phones were.

I'm using a 1814 with windows vista.. my problem is that when i try and change to ADAT it won't let me. I have all tried kinds of things. downloading new drivers,going to my Xp computer and reseting the 1814 and other things that an m-audio worker told me to do, but nothing. I was hoping something that knows what they are really doing can help me.

I live in Norway and we have 230V in the powernet. The prices in Norway are pretty steep compared to USA so we save a lot of money by buying studiogear abroad. Usually the difference in voltage is not a problem since most of the gear have autoswitchable transformators.

Hi guys. Nothing major, apart from the lack of equipment and budget, but it's a Church so that figures. Just a rant about the new sound system. Our old speakers mounted on the walls (removable but bloody awkward). 24 x multicore with 4 returns underground, 2 speaker cables and a VGA lead for the projector.

Im just a beginner with the whole home recording deal... I have a lot of really close friends who know a ton about this stuff and Ive learned a lot from them but right now I'm recording some music for some people and Ive been noticing that my mix sounds pretty good through itunes and through other programs... through my stereo in my car.. headfones... radio speakers... etc...
