I am just finishing my bedroom studio and will start to record within a few days, if I'm feeling better since I am a little under the weather so to speak.

just need some opinions. i use LE now with my mbox but need more mic inputs. So i was looking at the 003 rack. But someone else suggested switching to Pro Tools m powered and going with the M audio project mix. Opinions?

hello. Having used drums samples and loops so far, now i am diving into a project where i have to mix real live drums recorded in a studio. The separate tracks comprise. as usual, snare, kick, toms, hihat, n.2 OH, and Figure-eight takes. Before getting into an uncontrollable mess, does anybody have some tips on how to start with it?

Hi. I recently became the engineer for a small studio. Most of the work there are jingles and music recording. The studio belongs to a music composer and most of the work is in-house but people call all the time and decline working in the studio because we don't have Pro Tools. Some of the sessions include more than 48 tracks so that rules out the Digi003.

Stupid question, but want to get clarification. We recently switched to Pro Tools HD. Running through a Midas Legend 3000. How do I easily check my mix in mono?

I'm getting ready to mix a song I need help with the EQ Rolloff Frequincies. 10 Tracks of Drums 5 piece 2 overheads 1 room mic ride and hihat, 4 guitar tracks and 1 Lead Guitar, 2 Bass lines 1 distorted and 1 clean,2 Vocal tracks. Thanks for any help on this in advance!
