I asked for help with an issue I was having getting a PreSonus 16.4.2 (non AI) to work with my laptop and Capture2. Well I want to thank everybody for all the suggestions. I TOTALLY uninstalled the program. I mean I found everything and deleted it. My laptop also had the Richo drivers and I changed it to the generic Microsoft driver.

Do any of you have any idea whether a PreSonus StudioLive 32.4.2 can be daisy chained with their 16 or 24 StudioLivemixers? We are looking for an FOH mixer with min. 40 channels. Thinking to go digital but not finding many options with that many mic preamps.

I downloaded a 30 day demo version of Studio One this morning.

I wasn't really looking for a new DAW, but I like to know what's out there and how it compares to others I've used.

Hey guys. I got myself a Firestudio Mobile a couple of years ago but now I'm set to upgrade my computer to something which won't have inputs for Firewire or even the Express card I've been using on my current computer for recording. It will have USB 3.0 inputs.

I was looking for a compact mixer (below 16x16 inches) and someone pointed me to try looking into Digital mixers specifically the PreSonus 16.0.2. That thing looks amazing on paper! It has almost everything that I want (EQ/compressor/Effects/Gate/Limiter/etc).

Asking on behalf of a fellow member on another electronics repair forum. He seems to have a bad a resistor that is some type of 1/4 resistor that is right beside the bridge rectifier. Obviously, these new types of schematics are tough to come by... However, the year of the device is 2007 and all that is really needed is the value of this resistor.
