If I'm working on editing audio or working on midi in Reason or Logic (using the midi controller keyboard to play with the vsts), do I need to get a pci card for powerbook or is the card which comes with the Powerbook good enough? what is the latency like?

Wassup everyone, I'm trying to create a few intro songs for my new black metal band "Exuro Sanctus", I was wondering if any of you knew some Reason refills that are extremely evil with drones and piercing strings. Just think of the most evil environment you can think of, and let me know if you know a refill for it.

I am running "Propellerhead Reason" with Pro Tools LE and have an Edirol PCR50 input device. I could input into Reason when I first connected, but now something is wrong and it no longer works. Might it be a configuration setting in Reason?

hi everyone, I have the following question. Is it possible to trigger drums through reason in Pro Tools via Rewire? Can you select a track and replace all the beats with a selected audio file in Redrum?

I know about drumagog, but owning reason makes me wonder if you could do something similar. .

I think I am going to get the M-Audio FW Solo. I currently have a Tascam US-122. I'm looking to get the AD / DA inputs that the Tascam lacks. Is there any reason to avoid the FW solo? If so, why? and then, what do you recommend instead in the $200-300 range?

I'm using a 15" PowerBook with Tiger and only record Vocals and the occasional hardware synth or drum machine.

i just spent several hundred dollars on Reason 3.0 only to find that the activation code doesnt work. If any can provide me a legal license key...that would be greatly appreciated.

Im also new to recording. i guess starting with a program would be the best place. But does anyone have tips...or something useful i should know as i get into it?

Hey RO'ers, does anyone know where I can find some good web tutorials on using the adapted version of Reason? I am unable to upgrade at this time and have been working with this stuff for the past five months now and just need to find some tutorials to get a better understanding of the program. Any assistance would be great thanks.

The audio from Reason comes in fine
The notes are programmed in Reason for the Reason instruments
The notes are programmed in Logic for Logic Instruments
