Apogeerosetta 200? or room treatment?
I've been doing quite a lot of research and read lots of recording forums from different sites about the Apogee Rosetta 200 that i was thinking about purchasing it as my next gear purchase.
Well, first off here's my gear list:

Two vocalists / One live room
How can I record two singers in one take in the same room with minimum spill?
I was thinking of two cardioids @ 180º with 2m separation. I wonder though, with reflections and all what the spill will be.
Any improvements to be made on this?
We have only one live room, no separate vocal booth. Only solid baffles, no windows.

Less 'room' please...
Hi everone,
any tips on making a recorded track less 'roomy':
I have a sound recorded in a small to medium size room, with a stereo mic set-up, about 6 feet away from the sound source.

So I've got a few home studio questions.
I just learned about this device called "a snake" (I'm a newb, so what). It sounds like an incredible device and I found one on ebay for $30:

soundproofing room
We are in the process of soundproofing a room in an unfinished basement. The walls and ceiling have been insulated and we put on 2 layers of drywall with green glue inbetween. Next we plan to build a room inside this room.

Giving the master a room
While the vocals arent going to be finished for about 2 months, I am trying to master the instruments of my CD. All of the instruments have been done direct and the drums are using very little of the room they were recorded in. I do have a verb thats been placed on the snare, but that is about all the simulated reverb that I have going.

Recording without Isolation Rooms
So I've been recording myself and different bands I've been in for 5 years or so with Cubase SX and am comfortable enough with the program that I've started offering local bands my services at their jam space. It'll give me some good experience, and will be cheaper for the band then going to a studio, with hopefully the same quality.
