i didnt know that a cracked version was stealing. i am new to the whole recording thing.. my friend gave me the crack of acid. i deleted it tho so its all good. i have already purchased a recording program called reason. havent installed it yet, but my dude was like use this its easier for me to show you how to edit ur lyrics and sh*t.

Hey I'm andy a guitar player.. I own a High quality pc Mic and i want the best software available to record through mic.. what is the best recording software for my pc? I have no budjet so all sugestions welcome

What is a good proffessional mastering (authoring) software for Mac, that can handle all aspects of making the final master and save in most used formats? I need it to handle CD Text, ISRC codes, EAN or UPC code etc. I use Roxio Jam now but I dont think Roxio makes Jam anymore. New Toast can do the ISRC and CD text, but not make a DPP image, and the CD-plant dont want a Toast image.

I am currently using Sonar. I have only used there included plugins. I like the plugins that are that (EQ, compression, etc.) but I wish there was more. Like a de-esser, autotune, etc.

Does Logic or Cubase have more/better plugins compared to Sonar?

installed the new software last week and it's amazing.

M/S or split L/R with peak/RMS variable selections on each channel. the list is to long, but it's an amazing upgrade.

Our recording studio is in need of a software that can handle the scheduling and booking of studio time, as well as billing for those engineers. Ideally, the software would require the engineer to log in upon starting up the main computer so that all minutes would be accounted for.
