I'm dismayed that the crossover frequencies for the Sony Oxford Inflator in multiband split mode are allegedly a secret!

Actually I'm bloody annoyed about it :evil:

I bought three mics for about $15 a while ago. They sound great and i feel like i got a deal, although they're obviously not from this decade. Anyway, they are Sony ECMs models ecm-270 (200z condensor), ecm- 250 (cardioid condensor), and another i can't remember because it's being borrowed, but it's an omni. So what's the deal with these?

I was just wondering if anyone here had any experience with the Sony DMX-R100 ditgital Console, and what your thoughts are on it.
I'm a recording student at MTSU and we use the console for our projects and I am still learning exactly how to work the thing. Anyone have any tips, tricks, or any troubles you have encountered with the machine?

I have a paid of Sony C-38 FET mics, and one has gone about 6db noisier than the other. Same shape to the noise floor, just higher level. Anyone have experience with a good person to go over these and make a repair?

Hi, the backup battery in my Sony R7 has low voltage and I need to replace it. I don't have the manual though so does anyone of you know how to replace it without losing the presets ? And what type of battery is it ? Anyone know where to find the manual online ? Help appreciated as always.

I do all my tracking and mixing in my 32xd. I am looking at this program for finish mastering and making a red book compatible master. I would import the wav. files from the 32xd into this program. Any thoughts?

Sony Sound Forge - what do people think of it?

Just wondering if anybody uses Sonic Foundry ACID/SOUND FORGE (recently bought over by SONY)? I use it on my DAW and I think it works well (for what I need). Anybody have any opinions?
