I'm new to this forum and have enjoyed reading the different posts and picking up jewels here and there. I'm asking for recommendations from the knowledgeable people here on any upgrades that would enhance what I already own. I mainly work with hip hop artists and record some live guitar/bass here and there. Anyway here's my setup.

I was told I could use a PreSonus DIGIMAX LT and I was looking to buy the Command 8 Contoller for PT. Look forward to reading all of your replies.

Thanks for the feedback. You're the third person to tell me about the U5 so I'm definately going to look at that piece. I think they run around $400-700 on ebay. As far as mic pres, do you mean in addition to the Presonus Digimax LT? Because it has "eight dual servo mic preamps" according to the specs on their website. If so, what do you suggest?
if i were you i'd be looking at a better pre amp and maybe a nic
