Whats the difference betweem the Alesis DM5 and the D4 modules?
Can I record miced drums, then,run the signal from channels send to trigger the DM?

I have a DM5 ...recording with an Ensonic ESQ1 (yeah I know - Ancient!) After putting together patches in a song, when the song gets to a new patch, the DM5 triggers to another drumset.... anyone got any ideas??? Can't use this thing if it gonna act like this....

The DM5 is newer .. and has more and different samples. I think
The DM5 is newer .. and has more and different samples. I think it's 20 or 24 bit while the D4 is 16 bit.
