This is probably a long shot, but has anyone considered trying to setup a group buy for API or Neve preamps?
I was thinking we could go in for some 3124's, API Lunchboxes with the cards, Seventh Circle Audio clones, or some Neve clones.
I know it is a lot of money and a lot would have to go into it, but I just wanted to see if any of you think it is feasible. I think it would be a nice way to save a few bucks and make everybody happy!

Most stores/manufacturers will do a special deal for bulk orders
Most stores/manufacturers will do a special deal for bulk orders, so the idea is for say 10 people to put their hand up and say "I'm in".
Then one person shops around for the best deal he/she can get on 10 units. Then comes back to the group, and if all agree on the price they put their money up and the bulk purchase is made.
