I just started using Cubase 4 and am fairly new to midi.

I've noticed the drum map for the midi keyboard in C4 and I have my Ensoniq ESQ1 hooked up via midi. I've noticed that I can get more sounds from the drum map than I can from what the keyboard will access on the map.

There are sounds above and below the range that my keyboard will reach on the map. How do I access those other sounds with the keyboard? Is there some way to shift my range? Also, are the sounds on the map movable? Could I for instance group the sounds differently?
