Sincerest apologies in advance if this is a really stoopeed question

If I were to buy an M Box for my computer would it be possible to use my current audio interface to 'feed' PTLE?

TIA

Don't think its possible my friend. But an even better place to ask this question would be over at the [="http://duc.digidesi…"]Digidesign User Forum[/]="http://duc.digidesi…"]Digidesign User Forum[/] .

Digidesign wants to sell you hardware. That basically precludes them writing drivers for others' software.

We're all aware that PT is the industry standard, but you will find yourself able to achieve your goals using any recording environment.

Greetings Mark,

Thanks for your reply and the link it's just that I thought it would be a bit cheeky of me to ask Digi themselves :p

I understand and agree with your point about not needing to know PT but it would be very useful to me should I get the chance to work in a 'pro' studio one day.

Thanks again

Greetings G Dub and maintiger,

hey what about using your mac with Logic or (IMHO) even better, Digital Performer? You have the motu 2408mkIII already, that's more than half the battle! :D :D

The trouble is that I don't have a Mac (hence the title of this thread "PTLE, PC & MOTU"). What I do have is a [="http://www.carillon…"]Carillon[/]="http://www.carillon…"]Carillon[/] (UK based company) AC-1 Core 1.

Thanks for your suggestions anyway :D
